  1. Supplier Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels to balance cost, availability, and demand.
