HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST MY COMPANY?
Work/Life Recruiting primarily works via contingent search. This means we won’t charge our employer clients until they hire our candidate. Our fees vary based on the position, the volume of expected business, and of course the difficulty of the search, but our most common fees range from 20% to 30% of the candidate’s base salary. HOW DO I BECOME A CLIENT OF WORK/LIFE RECRUITING?

Communication is always key. We will work to understand exactly what your new hire will be responsible for. Next we’ll create a job description and relevant interview questions. It sounds simple, right? Work/Life Recruiting won’t make assumptions. The more clearly we understand what you want and need, the faster we can deliver qualified candidates for you to consider.
We’ll continue by reaching out to our network, calling prospective candidates, messaging them, and using our suite of tools to attract high quality talent to your open role. We’ll phone screen the candidates, interview them in depth, and assemble a presentation packet. Then, we’ll submit them to you with brief summaries, and help you facilitate your interviews.

HOW DO I BEGIN WORKING WITH WORK/LIFE RECRUITING?
Start by exploring our Open Jobs and sending your resume to us. One of our recruiters will review it and reach out to you, whether or not we currently have any positions that fit your background. We want to start a conversation with you.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM WORK/LIFE RECRUITING AFTER I SUBMIT MY RESUME?
Once we review your resume and believe that we have a potential fit for you, we will contact you to schedule a phone conversation. We may also ask you to complete an online questionnaire related specifically to the position. We’ll discuss your professional history and your goals, and we’ll answer your questions about our client and the roles of interest to you.
Although you may be a terrific candidate and a high quality professional, it’s also possible that we may not have a good fit for you right away. We won’t try to “sell “ you on a job that isn’t right for you. We do want to maintain a dialog with you for future opportunities.
WILL I KNOW WHERE I STAND IN THE SELECTION PROCESS?

You will be curious to know if this is an employer that you would want to join! Work/Life Recruiting keeps our clients confidential until we have a conversation with you. We will then disclose the client information, so you can research the company.
